We are currently recruiting for exceptional Senior Staff Nurses RMN to join our acute medium secure complex needs ward. On this ward we deal with some of the most complex Service Users in the UK, which is why we require the best Senior Staff Nurses around. Our senior Staff Nurse RMN look after males with Mental Health issues and/or Personality Disorders. We work in partnership with the NHS and our team of RMN Nurses to develop a range of excellent facilities for our patients and staff. Whilst this can be a challenging environment we offer our Senior Staff Nurses RMN continuous development whether this is through our extensive induction, additional internal and external training and/or providing development that is specific to the needs of the individual. We also provide reflective practice and peer support sessions with the MDT of which is all available on site. We also have a unique 24hr DBT hotline that our patients and teams have access to.
Job Requirements:
You will be an experienced qualified registered Mental Health Nurse (min 2 years) with a real passion for developing your skills in an ever changing environment. You will be a leader and have the ability to motivate a team of ward staff to deliver benchmark care. Both flexible and adaptable to the needs of the Service User you will have a real desire to improve the lives of those around you and take real satisfaction in making a difference.
