Why We Feel Like Winners: Nursing Times Awards 2018

Members of the Learning Disability team and the CEO of Cheswold Park Hospital were delighted to be invited to attend the Nursing Times Awards (NTA) held at Grosvenor House Hotel on October 31st 2018. As a finalist in the Learning Disability category, Cheswold Park Hospital felt humbled to be acknowledged for our work with LD patients.

“We hope that by attending this event, leaders in Learning Disability and the nursing community can come together to hold constructive discussions about the future of care for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism.” Tony Gearty – CEO

During the awards event, the main conference room of the Grosvenor Hotel was packed with nearly 1200 nurse leaders from every corner of the UK. The event was an excellent opportunity to discuss potential innovations and changes in care for all patients.

Thank you, Katie Edwards, Tracy Jennings, Ann Scott, Kirsty Archer, Lisa Richmond and Jake Thompson for acting as ambassadors of CPH. Thanks to our attendance Cheswold Park Hospital has its sights set on the future and this is why our patients and our team members are all winners.
