Patients Develop Our Sensory Garden

While our seedlings are busy growing big and strong in the greenhouse, our patients have been hard at work with our Occupational Therapy team building raised beds, painting tyres to turn in to planters and sprucing up the gazebo (including making some very jazzy seat pads!), ready to add a splash of colour to our Sensory Garden at Cheswold Park Hospital in time for summer. From bright and cheerful marigolds, lobelia to attract some wildlife, and sweet peas and hyacinths for their wonderful aroma, our aim is to stimulate all the senses in our Sensory Garden designed entirely by our patients.
