In line with the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap) regulation 2017 we are required by law to report the Hospitals Gender Pay Gap as at 5 April 2017 (snapshot date).

 

Cheswold Park Hospital is an Independent Forensic hospital for men with mental illness, personality disorder, autistic spectrum disorder and/or learning disability who require specialist psychiatric care in a low or medium secure environment. The Hospital has 110 beds, consisting of two 16 bed wards, six 12 bed wards, one 5 bed ward and 1 Independent Living Flat. The Hospital employs approximately 390 staff, the majority are women. The Hospital is going through a period of change and re-establishing the company’s vision and values.
