Staff Nurse RMN/RNLD
Due to our recent GOOD CQC rating and further plans to expand, we are now looking for exceptional and talented Staff Nurses RMN/RNLD to join our expanding team within a forensic independent Hospital. Our Staff Nurse RMN/RNLD look after males with Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorders.
We work in partnership with the NHS and our team of Staff Nurses RMN to develop a range of excellent facilities for our patients and staff. We offer our Staff Nurses RMN/RNLD continuous development whether this is through our extensive induction, additional internal and external training and/or providing development that is specific to the needs of the individual. We also provide reflective practice and peer support sessions with the MDT of which is all available on site.
You will be a qualified registered RMN/RNLD (or due to qualify) with a real passion for developing your skills in an ever changing environment. You will be a leader and have an ability to motivate a team of ward staff to deliver benchmark care. Both flexible and adaptable to the needs of the patient you will have a real desire to improve the lives of those around you and take a real satisfaction in making a difference.
