Senior Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD New Purpose-Built ASC Service)
Job Description
The Wentbridge Centre and Neville Lodge is an exciting new service forming part of Cheswold Park Hospital. Due to this expansion we are now looking for talented Senior Staff Nurses to assist in helping us develop and grow this new pathway of Low Secure and community living settings for patients with Autism.
You will be a Registered Nurse RMN/RNLD with a minimum of two years’ experience with Autism or Learning disabilities and have a real passion for delivering exceptional care. Our focus is on transforming the lives of those in our service through the delivery of ground breaking treatment. We have an experienced leadership, MDT and staff development team that will assist in the personal growth of our nurses and assist in your long term progression with us.
Key responsibilities of our Senior Staff Nurse RMN/RNLD;
Support, Mentor and develop a team of Nurses and support staff to deliver benchmark care
Assist in the development of a new service aiming to be the benchmark in this field
Produce Nursing reports, assessments and observations
Care coordinate patients to work towards their discharge pathway
Attend training to further enhance your skills and improve patient care
Ensure care plans and risk assessments are maintained and completed collaboratively with patients, relatives and members of the MDT
Enhance the lives of our patients on a daily basis to achieve their desired outcomes
