Registered Nurse RNLD
Due to our recent GOOD CQC rating and further plans to expand, we are now looking for exceptional and talentedRegisteredNurses RNLD to join our expanding team within a forensic independent Hospital. OurRegistered Nurses RNLD look after males with Intellectual Disabilities (Learning Disabilities). We work in partnership with the NHS and our team ofRegisteredNurses RNLD to develop a range of excellent facilities for our patients and staff. The hospital also has a new industry recognised and award winning Chief Nurse who is positive about improving standards and the development of our nursing teams, so although the environment can be challenging it will also be very rewarding and now is an exciting time to join.
We offer ourRegistered Nurses RNLD continuous development whether this is through our extensive induction, additional internal and external training and/or providing development that is specific to the needs of the individual. We also provide reflective practice and peer support sessions with the MDT of which is all available on site.
You will be a qualified RegisteredRNLD (or due to qualify) with a real passion for developing your skills in an ever changing environment. You will be a leader and have an ability to motivate a team of ward staff to deliver benchmark care. Both flexible and adaptable to the needs of the patient you will have a real desire to improve the lives of those around you and take a real satisfaction in making a difference.
