Job Description


We are looking to recruit a Business Relationship Manager for Riverside Healthcare which includes Cheswold Park Hospital and our residential service, Neville Lodge. The organisation is currently rated Good having addressed many but not yet all shortcomings. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Business Relationship Manager wanting progression to assist in development of the services. As the Business Relationship Manager you will lead the interactions with CCGs, STPs & the forthcoming ICSs.


Main Requirements;


You will be an experienced Business Relationship Manager (min 3 years), ideally including procurement of secure services and you must a real passion for developing client relationship and in developing your own skills in an ever-changing environment. You will be a highly competent business professional, a consistently solid decision maker and a good communicator. You will know what effective relationship building looks like and you will take real satisfaction in making a difference. You must be good with people, appreciate the specific needs of prospective patients and understand if our services are suitable for individual referrals.


Key Responsibilities;

  • Support the hospital in achieving its bed occupancy levels in PD, MI and ASD services

  • Build relationships with STP's across the country

  • Ensuring community bed occupancy levels are in line with our objectives by building relationships with CCG's and Local Authority Commissioners

  • Work with the ELT to understand long term goals and objectives

  • Work to tight deadlines and maintain concentration levels during unpredictable work patterns

  • Report on a regular basis to the ELT
