Cheswold Park Hospital provides services & therapies for people diagnosed with Personality Disorder, Mental Illness and Intellectual Disabilities.
We are aware that entering a new care environment can be stressful and leave you with a lot of questions.
At Cheswold Park, we have a range of services that can be tailored to our patient’s needs. Our goal is to assist in a structured recovery, at a pace that is sensitive to individual requirements.
Our team of professionals work with our patients to devise a plan of care and to outline the treatment and support they receive. We review care plans regularly with our patients to ensure they receive the best possible level of care
at all times.
"Since leaving Cheswold Park hospital my community RC who has known me for a long time has said that my progress is the best they have seen from me. I am managing well with things that would have previously been a big challenge, and I am happy to have the continued support of my loved ones.
I am very thankful for all the help that I received at Cheswold Park. The team there supported me in a way that suited me much better than previous hospitals I’d been to."
From a patient discharged into the community from Cheswold Park Hospital
From Monday 29th of June, Cheswold Park Hospital will be re-open to family/carer visits. To make your first visit more memorable and celebratory after so many months of lockdown, we have erected a marquee in one of our internal courtyard gardens.
