Training place for student nurses.
Full time training and development manager Joe Cutler commented “taking student nurses into our hospital brings a breath of fresh air as they often come with challenging opinions and bright ideas; investing in the future training of our mental health nursing workforce is something we take very seriously here at CHESWOLD PARK HOSPITAL. It also means as students come through our services we are able to offer them a supportive and interesting work place experience. We also hope, of course, that the brightest and the best will return to us for full time highly rewarding jobs once they have qualified.
